VaultPlay is strictly a media utility tool. As a core application, we DO NOT independently collect, store, track, monitor, or save any personal identifiable information, device IDs, or usage statistics on our servers. Any network URLs or media links you enter into the app are NEVER saved on any external or cloud servers. However, we use third-party advertising services (see Section 6) which may collect certain device identifiers.

2. How We Use Permissions:
Our application requests specific device permissions purely for core functionality:

• Read External Storage / Media Access: This is required EXCLUSIVELY to allow you to browse, select, and play media files (like MP4) that are already saved locally on your device.
• Internet Access: This is required EXCLUSIVELY for our 'Network Stream' feature. It allows the app to connect to and stream external media links (such as HLS, .m3u8, or MP4 URLs) that you manually provide.

3. Network Streaming & Base64 Decoding:
VaultPlay includes an advanced feature to play network streams. If you provide a Base64 Encoded URL, our app processes and decodes this URL locally, strictly in real-time on your device's RAM, to initiate secure playback. We do not transmit these decoded URLs to any third party.

4. Local Processing Guarantee & Data Deletion Policy:
All your preferences, history, and selected file paths are stored securely and exclusively on your local device using standard encrypted local preferences. Because we do not store your data on our servers, there is no personal data to retain or delete remotely.

5. Children's Privacy:
VaultPlay is a general audience media player and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertising:
To keep VaultPlay free for users, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. While VaultPlay itself does not collect personal data, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and use information such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and general location data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Depending on your region (such as the EEA or California), you may be presented with a consent message to choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. By using this app, you consent to this data collection by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Policy:
We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected directly within this app.

You, the user, are solely and entirely responsible for the media files you choose to play from your local storage and the external network URLs (whether standard or Base64 encoded) you input into the app.

You agree to use this application in compliance with all local, national, and international copyright and media distribution laws.

3. License and Restrictions:
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the VaultPlay software.

You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of this application, or using it for any illegal purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties:
VaultPlay is provided on an 'AS IS' basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted playback for external network streams, as performance heavily depends on your personal internet connection stability and the responsiveness of the source server you are trying to access.

5. Limitation of Liability:
VaultPlay and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the application.

6. Copyright and DMCA Policy:
VaultPlay is a neutral media player and does not host, upload, or control any media content. We strictly operate as a client-side tool. If you are a copyright owner and believe a user is accessing your content via external links through our app, please note that VaultPlay has no control over external servers. Any copyright takedown requests must be directed to the actual third-party host or server where the media is stored.
